About the role
The Project Manager leads the engineering project team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality designs on schedule while managing resources and client coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the multidisciplinary project team, overseeing design, BIM coordination and technical reviews.
- Plan manpower, resources and workload, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural, BIM and other disciplines, manage client and stakeholder interactions, and support business development activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; professional engineering license preferred.
Required skills
- Strong engineering and technical knowledge, including BIM and engineering software.
- Project and resource management, quality assurance, and technical review expertise.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project collaboration tools.
