Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional product and technology initiatives for our SaaS and AI‑enabled solutions portfolio. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and requires close collaboration with teams across the UK and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from planning through launch, maintaining charters, roadmaps, milestones, RACI, RAID logs, decision records and status reports.
• Keep Monday.com (or comparable tools) and supporting documentation accurate, organized and actionable.
• Create simple dashboards that display progress, ownership, risks, dependencies and next steps.
• Proactively surface blockers and opportunities, driving follow‑through and accountability across product, technology, content, business and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide insights based on deep product understanding, and communicate clearly with sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, product development, enterprise technology, systems integration or AI‑enabled solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects from planning to execution.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work confidently with product and engineering teams.
• Experience thriving in remote, cross‑functional, multi‑regional environments with significant overlap with US East Coast hours.

Required skills

• Monday.com (or similar platforms such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI for reporting.
