Project Manager

About the role

Weir is seeking a Project Manager to join its hybrid team in Pasig City, Manila. The role will support the delivery of sustainable mining technology projects, collaborating with global engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, set timelines and assess risks to align with strategic objectives.
• Monitor daily project progress, track milestones, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with the Global Product Engineering team and cross‑functional stakeholders in Manila and Portland, providing regular status updates.
• Collect and analyse project data, build reports and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI.
• Continuously improve project coordination processes and methodologies.
• Lead the migration from Planview to Jira, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
• Travel minimally, with occasional visits to Portland as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional project‑management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred).
