Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and administer projects, ensuring they meet objectives, stay within budget, and are delivered on schedule. The role serves as the primary liaison with customers and coordinates internal resources to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer project activities, monitor budgets, and report status to management.
• Identify and execute escalations when schedules or budgets are at risk.
• Communicate issues and progress verbally, graphically, and in writing to all stakeholder levels.
• Act as the main customer contact, negotiating requirements and resolving changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion with minimal conflict.
• Assist in planning project objectives, creating work‑breakdown structures, task matrices, critical paths, and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a professional customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to travel on short notice when required.
