Project Manager

About the role

Globe is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within its Strategy Execution & CSM unit. The role focuses on delivering projects on‑time, within scope and budget while adhering to established PMO policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close assigned projects ensuring they meet scope, schedule and cost targets.
• Apply PMO frameworks and methodologies, maintaining project documentation and reporting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations and external stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on project management experience; experience in technology or data‑center environments is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively across functions.
