Project Manager – GCS, Cebu, Philippines

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver cross‑functional projects that support business objectives and operational excellence. The role works closely with engineering, operations, quality, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Teradyne processes, standards, and governance.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing projects in a structured, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
