Project Manager – Creative & Digital Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end creative and digital delivery programs, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met while aligning stakeholder expectations. You will drive governance, mentor a team of project leads and coordinators, and champion a high‑performance project culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large‑scale creative and marketing programs across functions and geographies.
• Define success metrics, design delivery governance frameworks and SOPs.
• Mentor and manage project leads, analysts and coordinators.
• Drive resource planning, utilization forecasting and performance tracking.
• Represent delivery performance in business reviews and strategic councils.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support business development with delivery planning and proposal creation.
• Conduct weekly delivery reviews, risk calls and executive updates.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of project/program management experience in creative, marketing or digital delivery.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and large‑scale programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and operational design capabilities.
• Experience with reporting, compliance oversight and delivery process improvements.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on resource management expertise.

Required skills

• Project Management tools: MS Project, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana.
• Collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Miro.
• Reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Preferred certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2®, SAFe® Program Consultant, PMI‑ACP®, Agile Delivery Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
