Project Manager – Construction (Remote)

About the role

Wing is seeking a remote Project Manager to oversee construction‑related dispatch tickets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely completion of approved jobs. This full‑time position supports the company’s mission to streamline workforce operations for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new dispatch tickets and coordinate with the partner vendor list.
• Source local vendors when partner vendors are unavailable, using phone calls and research.
• Manage the bidding process and compile information for Walgreens approval submission.
• Ensure approved jobs are completed within the agreed timeline with partner vendors.
• Close out tickets upon job completion.
• Maintain client‑facing communication with partner vendors via phone and email.

Required profile

• Ability to manage emails, tickets, and vendor communications efficiently.
• Professional communication skills with Walgreens and partner vendors.
• Comfortable making regular phone calls to partner vendors.
