Project Manager – BPO Contact Center

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead HR‑related initiatives within our BPO contact center. The role involves translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, driving agile delivery, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks and provide necessary tools and feedback.
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, planning sessions, and reviews.
• Track progress, monitor deadlines, and assess issues to propose solutions.
• Proactively report project status, risks, and issues to management.
• Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders.
• Ensure teams adhere to core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, motivate teams, and protect them from external distractions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a BPO contact‑center environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ramp‑ups, program flips, site build‑outs, and tool launches.
• Deep understanding of BPO structures and inter‑departmental dependencies.
• Proven ability to work with Directors, V‑ and C‑level executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience in risk management.
• Willingness to work onsite at VXI Buendia, Makati on a night‑shift schedule.
