Project Engineer

About the role

ArchEn Technologies, a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead construction projects from the Pasig City head office. The role focuses on ensuring that all works comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks while delivering on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction aligns with design specifications and standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly project status reports and monthly stewardship reports.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring work programs stay within financial targets.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, and construction managers, attending pre‑construction and design meetings.
• Support strategic departmental planning and monitor design programs for compliance with current legislation and codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PRC‑licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite at the Pasig City office.
