Mason – 2 Years Experience – Pasig

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Pasig. The successful candidate will work on a variety of masonry projects, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mix mortar and grout to the correct consistency and apply them to joints.
• Cut, shape, and finish masonry materials using hand and power tools.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, arches and other structural elements.
• Operate scaffolding and other equipment safely.
• Collaborate with other trades on‑site and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Inspect completed work for quality, alignment and structural integrity.
• Estimate material quantities and time required for each project.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus.
• Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Masonry techniques and materials knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Scaffolding operation.
• Mixing and applying mortar and grout.
