Project Engineer – Engineering Projects

About the role

ENERQUIN is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to lead engineering activities for paper and board drying, tissue drying, energy efficiency, and building ventilation solutions. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and develop project schedules.
• Coordinate design efforts and communicate with customers.
• Gather on‑site data, conduct system analysis, and select OEM equipment.
• Oversee fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Provide sales and technical assistance, including proposal preparation and product improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate engineer, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of thermodynamics.
• 3–5 years of project management experience (asset).
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel internationally.
• Independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
