About the role

STEAMlab is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to design and deliver project‑based, hands‑on learning experiences for young learners in Metro Manila. The role focuses on fostering curiosity through STEAM‑oriented activities while creating a fun and engaging classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement project‑based learning activities for early childhood students.
  • Create engaging, STEAM‑focused lesson plans that encourage exploration and creativity.
  • Adapt curriculum to meet the diverse needs and interests of young learners.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance program quality.

Required profile

  • Passionate about early childhood education and hands‑on learning.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to inspire curiosity.
  • Willing to work on‑site within Metro Manila.
  • Interest in STEAM education is a plus.
