Programs, Communications and Change Management Lead

About the role
The Programs, Communications and Change Management Lead supports the design, execution and continuous improvement of internal programs, communication campaigns and change initiatives for Corporate Services. This role works closely with various CSG units to ensure effective employee engagement and readiness across assigned programs.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of corporate service programs, monitoring performance and recommending enhancements.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with CSG units to deliver program outcomes.
- Draft internal memos, communication materials, presentation decks, infographics and posters.
- Coordinate distribution of communication assets across teams and platforms.
- Assist with message testing, basic employee surveys and feedback collection.
- Coordinate logistics and information flow for new executive hires.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Social Science or Communication‑related degree.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of program management principles.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makati.
