Production Team Leader

About the role

As the Production Team Leader you will be the operational backbone of our Pasig commissary, overseeing daily activities across butchery, kitchens, pastry and packaging. Reporting to the Commissary Supervisor and Production Manager, you will ensure smooth workflows, strict food‑safety compliance and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production schedules across all stations, proactively resolving bottlenecks.
• Supervise and coach Section Leaders, manage attendance and drive cross‑training initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP and local regulations (DOH, FDA, LGU) and take corrective actions when needed.
• Align weekly production targets, manage material and manpower shortages, and minimise inventory waste in collaboration with procurement.
• Document and report daily and weekly metrics on output volume, quality checks and labour efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading production teams in a food‑manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Philippine food‑safety regulations.
• Ability to manage staff attendance, conduct floor walkthroughs and implement cross‑training.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
