Production Operator – Optoelectronic Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our optoelectronic manufacturing team. You will work on the set‑up, assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair of pump‑related optoelectronic products in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform set‑up, assembly and testing of optoelectronic components using specialized equipment.
• Diagnose and repair product issues, following technical manuals, schematics and work instructions.
• Handle micro‑optics, optical fibers and clean optical surfaces with precision.
• Operate optical power meters, digital multimeters, laser sources and other test devices.
• Maintain production schedules, work night shifts and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Graduate of a technical/vocational school or at least one year of college education.
• Minimum one year of experience in a start‑up manufacturing environment.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and ability to work with very small components.
• Effective communicator and team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Reliability in attendance and willingness to work flexible shifts.
