Production Operator – Optoelectronic Assembly

About the role

The Production Operator will work on the set‑up, assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair of optoelectronic pump products. The role is fully onsite in a manufacturing environment and requires close collaboration with the engineering and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform set‑up, assembly and final testing of optoelectronic components.
• Troubleshoot and repair products using optical power meters, digital multimeters, laser sources and other test equipment.
• Handle micro‑optics, optical fibers and clean optical surfaces according to specifications.
• Follow work instructions, schematics and technical manuals accurately.
• Maintain production output and work overtime or night shifts as required.

Required profile

• High school graduate or technical/vocational school; minimum one year of college education.
• Experience with start‑up manufacturing set‑up and ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑pace environment.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling very small components.
• Reliable attendance, willingness to work night shifts and overtime.
• Effective communication skills for interaction within the group.
