Production Operator – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

The Production Operator will run assigned machines at our Calamba plant, following standard operating procedures to produce food and beverage products on time and within cost targets. You will ensure machines are ready, operate safely, and maintain product quality throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify quality of all materials required for scheduled production runs.
• Clean, sanitize and set up machines and work areas according to start‑up procedures.
• Operate machines in line with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety rules.
• Perform on‑line quality checks and monitor product specifications.
• Carry out immediate corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and planned preventive maintenance.
• Maintain daily inventory of raw materials, packaging, consumables and finished goods.
• Complete and sign production and inventory reports, and report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure proper machine shutdown, segregation, weighing, labeling and storage of good and rejected products.
• Coordinate with fellow operators and hand over duties to relievers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Willingness to work at Km. 50 Brgy. San Cristobal, Calamba City, Laguna.
• Preferably 1‑4 years experience in manufacturing or production operations; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Saturday shifting schedule.
