Production Operator

About the role

As a Production Operator at Asurion, you will work on the shop floor to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be part of a team that follows Asurion’s 5 Leadership Principles and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate at least one process for two or more active product models.
• Follow assigned tasks and meet delivery schedules set by supervisors.
• Complete all required checklists, production logs, and standard transaction records.
• Report any abnormalities, hazards, or safety concerns in your station/area.
• Participate in 5S activities and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Support company‑wide improvement projects and perform additional tasks as directed by immediate superiors.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Commitment to safety and corrective discipline policies.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Understanding of basic safety compliance practices.
