Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Canlubang. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations by supporting equipment operation, maintenance, and production activities while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production or utility equipment on the shop floor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Carry out routine checks, complete documentation, and generate reports as required.
• Follow safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and company procedures at all times.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Graduate of a technical, vocational or engineering‑related program.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, maintenance or utilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts within a factory environment.
• Team player with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
