Production Operator – Calamba Plant

About the role

The Production Operator will work at URC's Calamba plant, operating assigned machines to produce food and beverage products according to standard procedures. The role ensures timely output, maintains product quality, and supports continuous improvement of the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify quality of all materials required for scheduled operations.
• Clean, sanitize and set up machines and work area following start‑up procedures.
• Operate machines in compliance with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety rules.
• Perform on‑line quality checks and monitor product specifications.
• Conduct daily inventory of raw materials, packaging, consumables and finished goods.
• Complete and sign production and inventory reports.
• Report any issues affecting machine performance or product quality to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure proper machine shutdown, segregation of good and reject material, and general cleaning of equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, etc.) or equivalent.
• Willingness to work at Km. 50 Brgy. San Cristobal, Calamba City, Laguna.
• Preferably 1‑4 years experience in manufacturing/production operations; fresh graduates are also welcome.
