Production Operator – Automated Test Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to run automated test equipment for II‑VI Laser Enterprise. The role is based onsite in a clean‑room environment and focuses on delivering high‑quality semiconductor assemblies while meeting productivity and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated test equipment for semiconductor burn‑in and test processes.
• Ensure production meets productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle‑time, and KPI objectives.
• Follow clean‑room protocols and material safety data sheet (MSDS) requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
• Support a small production team and assist with continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• College level education or a 2‑year technical diploma.
• 2‑3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, burn‑in or test production.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and vision (correctable with glasses).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle small components.
