Production Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Designer to join our Creative Team, based in the Philippines, collaborating closely with our hubs in the USA and UK. The role focuses on translating scientific communications into accurate and engaging design deliverables across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a wide range of design deliverables, including artwork, print materials, presentations, video edits, e‑learning modules, animation and interactive content.
• Interpret briefs, negotiate timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with account teams to confirm scientific accuracy and messaging.
• Support the wider creative team by managing workload and adhering to branding guidelines and internal processes.
• Review and quality‑check team members’ work to ensure high‑standard output.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including formatting, interactivity and animation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective brief handling and collaboration with account teams.
