Production Architect – Remote (Permanent)

About the role

BizForce is looking for a Production Architect to join its growing team on a permanent work‑from‑home basis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality construction documents for multi‑family and commercial projects from schematic design through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural drawing packages from Schematic Design to Construction Documents.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate Revit models for multi‑family and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Perform quality‑control reviews of drawings and project documentation.
• Utilize BIM 360 for model coordination, collaboration, and document management.
• Review and markup drawings using Bluebeam.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues throughout project development.
• Produce presentation‑quality drawings and graphics using Adobe Photoshop when required.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience on multi‑family and commercial architectural projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam for document review and coordination.
• Extensive experience producing architectural drawings from SD through CD phases.
• Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction documentation.
• Preferred proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentation drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
