Product Support Representative – French/English Bilingual

About the role

The Product Support Representative provides bilingual (French/English) technical assistance to patients and healthcare professionals who use MiniMed diabetes devices. Based in the Global Diabetes Capability Center in Manila, the role focuses on troubleshooting, education, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to product inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email and other channels.
• Troubleshoot device functionality, software applications (CareLink) and continuous glucose monitoring systems, recommending corrective actions.
• Document customer interactions, issues and trends to support quality programs and product development.
• Report complaints and adverse medical events in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide product information and training to patients and medical professionals.
• Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to maintain subject‑matter expertise.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on professionalism and quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately record information and follow documented processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of insulin pumps.
• Familiarity with CareLink platform.
• Understanding of continuous glucose monitoring technology.
