Product Services Engineer

About the role

Join Philip Morris International as a Product Services Engineer and help drive the transition of new products from research and development to full‑scale production. You will work on designing, developing and deploying efficient manufacturing processes that support the company’s smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Create requirements and specifications for production test tools, collaborating with development teams and product test engineers.
• Implement best‑practice methods to reduce time‑to‑scale, meet market sales targets and achieve Vertical Start‑Up (VSU) goals.
• Identify and lead Zero Loss Journey initiatives, defining glide‑paths to meet cost and quality targets for new product launches.
• Conduct end‑to‑end process capability analysis and address losses using a scientific, field‑engineering approach.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational support is in place for full production of new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in manufacturing or process development.
• Proven experience designing, implementing or delivering processes, programs and policies.
