Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Xpress is looking for a Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager to drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue across its mobile super‑app ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, shaping how users experience the platform from onboarding to long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, services, verticals and city launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing tools and automation platforms to deliver personalised in‑app, push, email and SMS journeys.
• Analyse behavioural data to design and iterate activation, retention and revenue‑growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing and Leadership to ensure product adoption and consistent user experience.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and data‑driven with a strong customer‑obsession.
• Experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to align cross‑functional teams.
