Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will act as the bridge between design engineering and manufacturing operations for power supply units (PSUs). Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will ensure that PSU products meet performance, quality, and delivery standards from development through full‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive product characterization and validation of PSU performance across operating conditions.
• Perform calibration, develop and optimize test procedures, and support test engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root‑cause analysis for PSU issues in both factory and field environments.
• Collaborate with design engineers to implement design improvements, component substitutions, and process updates.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers.
• Execute hardware testing, signal characterization, power modeling, and system coexistence testing.
• Document test results, write detailed test reports, and analyze failure data to identify trends.
• Develop mitigation plans and manage change requests related to PSU designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with power supply design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams.
