Equipment Technician I – Semiconductor Test Equipment

About the role
Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor test equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Execute preventive maintenance and assist with equipment repairs.
- Support equipment setup, conversion, and qualification activities.
- Record and maintain accurate equipment logs and reports.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to meet output and quality targets.
Required profile
- Graduate (Associate or Bachelor) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related technology field.
- Fresh graduate or less than one year of relevant experience in semiconductor or electronics.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules and overtime as needed.
- Strong initiative, accountability and team‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor or manufacturing equipment (advantage).
