Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring that all sourcing processes meet quality, cost, risk and compliance standards. This role supports the organization by coordinating RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Organize procurement activities for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with vendors to recommend awards based on quality, risk, cost, value and procedural compliance.
• Maintain a database of contracts and supplier information, monitoring supplier performance.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders, resolving any PO‑related issues.
• Initiate and facilitate supplier performance reviews and vendor outsourcing assessments.
• Draft, modify and manage contracts, service agreements, amendments and statements of work according to negotiated terms.
• Meet with vendors to assess products, negotiate pricing and address service concerns.
• Train internal stakeholders on procurement processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, property administration, general services or accounts payable.
• General knowledge of facilities management and building administration policies and regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and a good team player.

Required skills

• Oracle (experience with Oracle system is a plus)
