Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Procurement Specialist to act as a strategic partner for our global organization. The role goes beyond transactional purchasing, focusing on financial integrity, policy compliance and enabling our technical and business teams to innovate.

Key responsibilities

• Capture mandatory contract metadata, service dates and renewal clauses in Coupa to support the Accrual Engine and automate month‑end close.
• Lead commercial and pricing negotiations to secure market‑competitive rates and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Enforce the “No PO, No Pay” policy and ensure all software/SaaS purchases are vetted through the Intake Form.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business functions (Marketing, IT or HR), aligning on project goals, resolving billing issues and using vendor scorecards to maintain performance.
• Confirm service satisfaction with users and manage the three‑way matching process as the “Receipt Gate”.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply‑chain management.
• Proficiency with P2P platforms such as Coupa, Ariba or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, financial controls and three‑way matching.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Availability to work US‑aligned business hours.
