Procurement Officer – Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

About the role

The Procurement Officer will lead strategic sourcing and acquisition of materials and services required for project operations. This role ensures procurement activities are efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant with company policies while supporting project delivery based on approved BOQ and BOM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend sourcing strategies for materials, equipment, and services needed by project operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and accredit suppliers and service providers based on technical capability, quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance and delivery monitoring.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requirements.
• Maintain supplier performance records and foster long‑term partnerships with key vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and PR‑to‑PO operations.
• Experience handling technical requisitions for construction, mechanical, electrical, and related projects.
