Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and purchasing strategy for a manufacturer and global exporter of coconut‑based products. This role ensures a reliable, cost‑effective supply of agri‑based materials and packaging to support manufacturing and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with production and export requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Oversee procurement planning, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
• Utilize ERP and procurement tools to track spend, monitor KPIs, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to synchronize supply chain activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven procurement management experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time and onsite in Makati City.
