Procurement Coordinator – Remote

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will secure external fieldwork partners for quantitative and qualitative healthcare projects, ensuring delivery according to client specifications, budgets, and timelines. This fully remote position supports Project Management, Fieldwork, and Custom Recruitment teams across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with external fieldwork partners to obtain cost and feasibility feedback.
• Review project requirements and internal strategies before engaging external partners, confirming budget alignment.
• Record partner costs in the M3 cost-tracking system and prepare cost proposals promptly.
• Coordinate with Fieldwork Coordinators or Project Managers to introduce partners and monitor performance.
• Develop backup plans when partners cannot meet project targets and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Monitor partner costs and performance over time to prioritize cost-efficient vendors.
• Ensure partner compliance with ISO standards and assist with related documentation and audits.
• Participate in internal kickoff calls to align expectations.
