About the role
The Procurement Assistant will support the end‑to‑end operation of our procurement technology landscape. You will work with key SAP solutions to ensure smooth, compliant purchasing processes and help drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support procurement systems including SAP ERP ECC, Ariba SLP, SAP MDG and SAP CIG.
- Lead initiatives to streamline system integration and procurement workflows, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor procurement transactions, generate analytics reports and maintain data quality across platforms.
- Provide training, create process documentation and support harmonisation projects linked to system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement procurement‑related system projects and continuous‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- Background in SAP Procurement modules with experience in technical support, system integration or project coordination.
- Adaptable and proactive in handling system issues.
- Strong ability to work across departments and engage with diverse teams.
