Full-Stack PWA & Node.js Developer

About the role

Our client, a global industrial technology and engineering enterprise, is looking for a Full‑Stack PWA & Node.js Developer based in Mandaluyong City. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining mobile‑friendly Progressive Web Applications and backend services that support field teams and worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive full‑stack web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) for the backend.
• Implement offline‑first PWA features such as service workers, web app manifests, caching strategies (Workbox), push notifications, and cross‑platform installability.
• Create modular, reusable React components with state management (Redux or Context API) optimized for mobile and tablet devices.
• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs, secure authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and API versioning.
• Model and manage MongoDB collections, schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
• Integrate third‑party enterprise APIs with robust error handling and offline fallback mechanisms.
• Own the full SDLC: architecture design, code reviews, automated testing, deployment, and tier‑3 production support.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and debugging across Node.js, MongoDB, React, and service‑worker layers.
• Collaborate in Agile sprint ceremonies with Product Owners, Systems Analysts, and QA engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive full‑stack development experience with Node.js and React.
• Proven experience working in Agile teams and across international time zones.
