Procurement Analyst

About the role

The Procurement Analyst supports core procurement activities, including strategy development, sourcing, negotiation, vendor reviews, and process improvements, while providing procure-to-pay analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare spend analysis, market insights, risk and opportunity assessments to support procurement recommendations.
• Monitor performance outcomes of procurement streams, evaluate KPIs, and forecast trends.
• Identify and drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
• Manage exception reporting, monitoring controls, and escalation as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement governance, controls and compliance.
• Background in preparing RFQ/RFI/RFP and supporting vendor contract reviews.
• Senior or supervisory experience in corporate procurement.
• Knowledge of business performance, procurement management practices and cost‑revenue relationships.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze diverse data and trends.
