Process Technician

About the role

The Process Technician will support the production line by performing failure analysis, maintaining test equipment, and driving yield improvements. You will work closely with process engineers to troubleshoot product issues and ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct failure analysis of products and collect data for engineering reports.
• Support daily production line issues, perform data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Maintain PLD test equipment, perform calibrations, GRR and SPC reviews.
• Repair abnormal test kits, investigate root causes, and document findings.
• Audit production lines, report abnormalities, and propose improvements.
• Set up and maintain debug tools and test systems.
• Handle RMA units throughout their lifecycle and verify qualification tests.
• Follow up on process‑engineer actions and prepare documentation.

Required profile

• BS in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent technical education.
• Understanding of basic product principles and operating procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and guide rework of failed units.
• Experience supporting test equipment setup, maintenance, and verification.
