Process Plant Operator

About the role

OceanaGold is looking for a reliable Operator to run the process plant at its Didipio underground mine in the Philippines. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant circuits while supporting the broader production team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to Process Operations and the Process team.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards and near‑misses, and take corrective action.
• Follow all department procedures and standard operating practices.
• Report routine maintenance issues promptly to keep equipment running smoothly.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate or equivalent.
• Professional driver’s licence with restriction B, B1 or B2 (minimum).
• Experience operating mobile equipment in a mining, production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
