Process Efficiency Professional – VIE (Manila)

About the role

The Process Efficiency Professional (VIE) will lead GBS Philippines efficiency initiatives, mapping current processes, designing optimized workflows, and collaborating with delivery and business analysis teams to drive automation and analytics improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate implementation of global efficiency programs within GBS Philippines.
• Ensure alignment with the GBS PH Transformation Head and global objectives.
• Identify, analyze, and implement new opportunities for cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Conduct workshops with SMEs to capture as‑is processes and document them using BPMN standards.
• Design to‑be processes applying Lean principles, compliance, and customer‑experience requirements.
• Perform volume studies, capacity planning, and recommend strategies for peak‑load management.
• Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Transformation Head and develop dashboards and KPIs to track efficiency metrics.

Required profile

• European nationality, aged 18‑28, eligible for a VIE assignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process discovery and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service‑delivery and stakeholder teams.
