Print Ops Specialist

About the role

Canva is looking for a Print Ops Specialist to support its Print Customer Experience team on a 4‑month contract. The role is remote‑friendly and focused on Philippines‑based contractors working on the US Pacific timezone, delivering operational reports and partner communications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets.
• Draft and send communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items.
• Review reports and printer communications to identify anomalies such as volume spikes, missed SLAs, or unresponsive partners and flag them to the relevant manager.
• Analyze incoming support contacts to spot trends and recurring patterns.
• Maintain shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation in Google Sheets and Canva Docs.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple print service provider managers and deliver timely outputs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to operational detail and ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Confident written communicator capable of producing clear external communications from verbal briefs.
• Proactive self‑starter who follows up early and flags issues without being prompted.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating verbal direction into repeatable outputs.
