Print Engineer - Output Management

About the role

EY's Enterprise Technology team is hiring a Print Engineer for its Secure Access / Office Technology team in Taguig, reporting to the Global Associate Director. Secure Access covers in-office technologies such as physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan and digital lockers. The role leads end-to-end global print operations under the OnePrint program, covering service stability, security, compliance and continuous optimization of enterprise print infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OnePrint services across global regions and own service availability, performance and SLA adherence
• Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvement, and optimize cost efficiency (paper, toner, device footprint)
• Strengthen security through authentication and access controls, and establish centralized governance for print services and vendors
• Manage vendor performance, contracts and service delivery; deliver dashboards and reporting to leadership (SteerCo/ELT)
• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis, and ensure audit readiness and InfoSec/data protection compliance
• Improve user experience with simplified, flexible print solutions and collaborate with network, security and cloud teams

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise IT experience with strong exposure to print infrastructure and operations
• Ability to lead global teams and matrix resources across regions and time zones
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and ability to engage senior stakeholders up to Partner/Executive level

Required skills

• Active Directory administration and intermediate PowerShell scripting
• Enterprise print configuration, secure print practices, scan workflows and print analytics
• Protocol knowledge (SMB, SNMPv3), certificates and SSL/TLS, InfoSec compliance
• Incident, problem and change management for print services
• Preferred: Kofax Equitrac, ShareScan, Printix, Ricoh Streamline NX v3, HP Web Jetadmin, Device Control Center, LRS VPSX, Microsoft Universal Print
