Predictive Maintenance Engineer – Canlubang, Laguna

About the role

The Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Engineer will analyse and report condition‑monitoring data using techniques such as vibration, oil‑grease, thermography and ultrasound. The role supports the client’s maintenance manager and team to optimise equipment reliability in a plant environment in Canlubang, Laguna.

Key responsibilities

• Work safely around operating equipment and report unsafe conditions.
• Create comprehensive prescription reports by integrating data from vibration, oil‑grease, mechanical and electrical thermography, electrical ultrasound, motor circuit analysis and air‑leak ultrasound.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with the client’s production plan and ensure quality of the PdM plan.
• Attend client maintenance meetings, support root‑cause analysis and monitor downtime KPIs.
• Send monthly bulletins, signed orders of service and global plant reports to SEMEQ supervisors.
• Track maintenance interventions, analyse trend curves before and after actions, and share knowledge with PdM technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or a related discipline.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 2 (BOSH SO2).
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays, relocate if required and start immediately.
• Preferably residing in or near Canlubang, Laguna.
