About the role
We are looking for a Plumbing Estimator to join our remote team. The role focuses on delivering accurate quantity take‑offs, managing variation pricing, and coordinating procurement schedules for plumbing, civil and small construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform precise quantity take‑offs from project plans and drawings.
- Calculate and price variations to the project scope.
- Prepare and maintain procurement schedules and order lists.
- Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support cost control and reporting for assigned projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in estimating for plumbing or related construction projects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and digital collaboration tools.
