Physician Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Physician Engagement Specialist will lead initiatives that strengthen relationships with physicians, improve communication, and foster a collaborative culture at The Medical City South Luzon. Working closely with senior leadership and physician stakeholders, you will design programs that recognize contributions, support career development, and align engagement with enterprise goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recognition, incentive, and leadership programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to capture physician needs and pain points.
• Lead the Physician Performance Evaluation Committee to ensure fair assessments.
• Create training, onboarding, and integration programs for physician satisfaction.
• Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities to promote knowledge sharing.
• Manage CRM data, track KPIs, analyze feedback, and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and external partners to enhance outreach and brand alignment.
• Establish platforms for physician feedback, recognition, and advocacy.

Required profile

• Graduate in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in physician engagement, patient experience, or healthcare service roles.
• Proven ability to design surveys and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Collaborative leader capable of influencing across departments.
