PHP Full Stack Developer

About the role

This senior‑level position is designed for a hands‑on engineer who can also provide technical leadership. You will work closely with product and leadership stakeholders to shape architecture, improve development workflows, and drive delivery while staying deeply involved in coding and problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full‑stack development initiatives for a SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to prioritize projects and execute roadmap items.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and contractors.
• Improve development workflows, execution timelines, and engineering prioritization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design scalable solutions.
• Support integrations with advertising and marketing platforms.
• Contribute to payments and infrastructure projects, including Stripe integrations.
• Work in an agile, fast‑moving product environment.

Required profile

• Strong senior‑level full‑stack engineering experience.
• Previous experience in a technical lead or engineering‑management capacity.
• Ability to balance hands‑on development with team coordination and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced startup or product‑focused environments.
