About the role

This entry‑level HR Advisor will serve as the front‑line point of contact for employee inquiries across the United States and Canada. Working primarily from the Philippines, you will provide Tier 1 support for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, payroll, compensation, compliance, IT, talent acquisition, HRIS, procurement and more.
• Provide satisfactory updates, answers and resolutions via phone, chat, email and ticketing system.
• Triaging and routing inquiries to appropriate HR Centers of Excellence.
• Maintain workload within the HR ticketing platform and meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, own assigned tasks/projects and de‑escalate dissatisfied employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience handling sensitive employment information.
• Self‑directed with ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Willingness to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.
