People Generalist

About the role

The People Generalist will be at the heart of our business in Makati City, supporting the full people agenda. You will ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes, drive engagement initiatives, and help create an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support employee lifecycle processes, maintaining consistency, compliance, and fairness.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on people policies, processes, and basic employee‑relations matters.
• Coordinate and deliver engagement initiatives that strengthen the work environment across business units.
• Support recruitment activities, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and assist with training programmes for store management staff.
• Collaborate with store teams, area teams, managers, employees, and People colleagues to meet business needs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of all people‑related activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent generalist HR experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience interpreting people metrics using data analysis tools for informed decision‑making.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
