People Analytics Data & Reporting Lead

About the role

The People Analytics Data & Reporting Lead is a core member of the People Analytics team, responsible for delivering accurate, trusted, and actionable workforce data, dashboards and KPI results. The role partners with People Partners, PeopleComms and business stakeholders to provide data solutions that drive informed decision‑making and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc workforce reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI results for operational, strategic and compliance decisions.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, metrics and meaningful data outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPI definitions, reporting methodologies and standards.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and regular reporting cycles while managing competing priorities.
• Perform detailed data validation, reconciliation and quality‑assurance activities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and investigations to resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain and govern People Analytics SharePoint sites and reporting repositories, including access controls and security reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and standardisation to increase reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Support data‑governance, privacy, audit readiness and records‑retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in People Analytics, workforce reporting, HR data management or business intelligence.
• Strong partnership skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Experience managing reporting repositories, access controls and governance processes.
