Part‑Time Outbound Sales Representative – Dental Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time outbound sales professional to join our dental clinic team in Metro Manila. You will work from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, contacting patients to schedule appointments and promote our services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to book dental appointments.
• Follow up on inquiries, provide accurate information about treatments and availability.
• Handle objections confidently and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Record all interactions, outcomes, and schedules in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call, booking and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to re‑engage inactive patients and support retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or outbound calling with a strong track record of meeting KPIs.
• Comfortable handling objections and converting leads into appointments.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to manage high call volumes.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to different patient situations.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for call logging and scheduling.
